I will start off by saying what brought me to this establishment, the reviews. They were everything I wanted to see in a body shop. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car, I didn't have one complaint. Quite the contrary. I can't say enough good things about this body shop. You walk in to a welcoming warm entrance to be greeted by the employees. The secretary's were very nice and accommodating. Ask for Jeff, he is the service writer/estimator. He will greet you and go out and look at your car and talk you through what needs to be done and then will do the estimate for you. So you can go and check prices if you feel the need. I just had him do the work. I was so impressed and confident my car was in the best of hands. I didn't even try to go somewhere else to see if I could get a lower price. Their pricing anyway seemed more than fair. I'm glad I chose them. Jeff is courteous, confident, kind and knowledgeable. He has an amazing team to do the repairs and paint. They call you to give you updates on the progress or if there are delays. The car looks no less than showroom quality. It looks brand new. I take real pride in my car and am very fussy about how it looks and trust me, this is the place to have your car worked on. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I could see my reflection in the paint. It was flawless. I also couldn't believe the turn-around time. This is the place.!!!

One 5 star review isn't enough for this company. Jeff is so amazing. I have been struggling with peeling clear coat on the Mars Red Paint on my Mercedes since 2021. I have had them work on my car piece by piece to strip it down to the metal and repaint and re clear coat it over the last 4 years. They have been amazing and so fairly priced. Without Jeff and Glenbard I don't think I would have been able to afford to have my dream car re-painted. When I bought this car I was so thrilled until little by little the whole car began to peel. Jeff and his staff have been amazing. Thank you so much for your help. They are honest and very fair.

Great experience with Glenbard Auto Body! Got rear ended by an uninsured driver, and my insurance insisted on us taking our Subaru to a chain shop in Lombard, which quoted one grand more than Glenbard and refused to tell us how long the repair would take. Jeff, Janice and Jeanie were great in helping us. They were honest and efficient, fixed the car in 3 to 5 days as they stated, and offered a lifetime warranty! Thank you and highly recommend them!!!

This place is the best! If you are looking for a body shop, GO HERE! They have helped me fix so many things on my car at such a reasonable price. Above all, they are honest, a rare quality these days. The owner is really nice, as they are family owned, and their team (Jeff and Dino) are extremely easy to work with, personable, and very upfront about their pricing. I have been beyond satisfied with everything they have done for me, including a new headlight, removing a body kit, fixing an engine guard (twice), a new steering wheel, and even a major repair after an accident. They are efficient and very fair, and have saved me so much money compared to going through my dealership. 5 stars is not enough for this place.

My 2005 Mustang was damaged in the August 2020 storm. My insurance company came out and provided an estimate, which I knew was a low ball amount. I took my car to Glenbard Auto Body and they provided me a full estimate and work-up of the damage, hours, and cost. My insurance company accepted the estimate to get my car fixed. My top needed to be outsourced, which was fine, and everything was fixed with Ford factory parts. They kept me totally updated on the progress. It did take 3 1/2 weeks to get my car back, but it was TOTALLY worth it as she looks brand new! The work they did is worth the wait and cost. I will never look for another place and will always use Glenbard Auto Body. Thank you for giving me my Mustang looking like I just got her!!!!
